WORKS FOR ALL APPS, INCLUDING CROSS PLATFORM & HYBRIDS

Trick to see if your iOS app can be installed on the Apple Silicon Macs

A quick solution that doesn’t require the new Silicon Mac

Here’s how to find out

  • Open Safari and search for your app on Google “{App Name} iTunes” and you should see a link to apps.apple.com on the first search result.
  • When you open it, if the page gives you an option to “View in Mac App Store”, congratulations your app is compatible and downloadable!

Examples — Brawlhalla and Opera

Brawlhalla is unavailable to install on Mac Silicons
Opera’s app is compatible for use on Macs
